Notes on Use
- Reservations require advance application. A booking is finalized only when we send you a confirmation.
- Setup and cleanup time are included within your reserved time. Please observe the start and end times.
- After use, please return desks, chairs, and other items to their original positions and help restore the room to its original condition.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.
- As a rule, please take your trash home with you. If you wish to dispose of it on-site, please consult us in advance.
- If any equipment or fixtures are damaged or soiled, please contact us promptly. You may be asked to cover the actual costs depending on the circumstances.
- Please refrain from any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighboring residents.
- We do not permit use for activities that are contrary to public order and morals or that violate laws and regulations.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.

- 50% of the usage fee
- On the reservation date
- 100% of the usage fee
- Cancellation charges are applied based on the date and time we receive your notice.
- Schedule changes may also incur cancellation charges depending on when the change is made.
